I build systems at scale, the developer tooling around them, and the AI inside.

I lead the Hands-on Experience team at Salesforce Trailhead, where I integrate AI-powered tools and build custom solutions that shape how millions of developers learn Salesforce, across Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Einstein, Slack, Tableau, and Heroku.

Recent work: a GitHub-native developer toolchain that cut hands-on content authoring time by more than half, a multi-agent system that runs feasibility analysis end-to-end against live Salesforce orgs, and Trailhead’s first hands-on experience built around a live headless Agentforce agent. I pair that with the engineering rigor of a principal: service telemetry, predictable delivery, and mentoring that grows the whole team.

    Aug 2020 — Present

    Lead the Hands-on Experience team building AI-powered developer tooling and internal platforms for Trailhead learning.

    • Reduced Salesforce org usage cost on Trailhead by more than USD 800K per quarter through capacity, org-creation, and content optimization.
    • Grounded an internal LLM to generate tailored documents for internal users, and built data streams for Agentforce and Data Cloud.
    • Delivered the first Hands-On Challenge badge for Agentforce Vibes; shipped a challenge-authoring tool in TypeScript + Heroku integrated with Trailhead’s Assessment Engine.
    • Defined and shipped internal Salesforce-on-Salesforce tools for Trailhead authors, cutting manual review time with AI-assisted checks.
    • Served as technical lead for Dreamforce, TrailheaDX, and World Tours; first Trailhead engineer to reach Agentblazer Legend.
    • Spearheaded engineering process rigor: service telemetry across Heroku, GitHub, and Salesforce for predictable, monitored delivery.
